Vesna is one of the new Snezhnayan characters introduced in the Transcendence Trailer – “Sudden Snow.” She appears as a member of the Druzhna, a group that serves the Tsaritsa. In the trailer, Vesna leads the group during a search operation and declares their loyalty to the Tsaritsa, establishing a clear connection between her and Snezhnaya’s forces.

Light Step
Normal Attack
Performs up to 6 rapid strikes.
Charged Attack
Consumes a certain amount of Stamina to leap into the air, then launch a swift trample-kick to the opponent in front.
Plunging Attack
Plunges from mid-air to strike the ground below, damaging opponents along the path and dealing AoE DMG upon impact.
Spirit Blade Inception(Elemental Skill)
Vesna raises her weapon up high, awakening the power of the spirit blade and dealing AoE Anemo DMG around her. Then, she enters the Spirit Blade state and gains two orbs of Spirit Blade Force.
Spirit Blade
- DMG dealt by Vesna with her Normal Attacks, Charged Attacks, and Plunging Attacks are all converted to Anemo DMG. This DMG cannot be overridden by another elemental infusion. She also summons the Spirit Feather against the opponent, dealing Anemo DMG. Vesna regenerates Spirit Blade Force each time she summons the Spirit Feather.
- Vesna can consume Spirit Blade Force to unleash a special Elemental Skill where both she and the spirit blade deal Anemo DMG to the opponent at the same time, and each time she unleashes this special Elemental Skill in the same instance of Spirit Blade, its level increases from first Spirit Blade Pierce to Spirit Blade Plunge, and then finally to Spirit Blade Dance.
Being in the Spirit Blade state increases Vesna's Interruption RES, and when she exits the state, all Spirit Blade Force accumulated is cleared.
Radiance: Stellar Swirl:
Spirit blades turn into Stellar spirit blades instead, which deal to the opponent Anemo DMG that is considered Stellar Swirl reaction DMG.
Spirit Blade Dance may be unleashed up to 3 times each time the Spirit Blade state is activated, and Vesna immediately exits the state upon the third use.
Spirit Blade Burst(Elemental Burst)
Vesna summons multiple spirit blades for a spectacular Spirit Blade Burst in front of her. This deals to the opponent AoE Anemo DMG as well as regenerates for her one orb of Spirit Blade Force.
Radiance: Stellar Swirl:
The spirit blades become Stellar spirit blades that deal to the opponent Anemo DMG considered as Stellar Swirl reaction DMG instead.
Passive Talents
Unruffled Passive Talents 1
After Vesna unleashes Spirit Blade Pierce, Spirit Blade Plunge, Spirit Blade Dance, or her Elemental Burst Spirit Blade Burst, she gains 1 stack of "Unruffled" that lasts 20s. Max 6 stacks. All existing stacks of Unruffled are cleared when Vesna unleashes the Elemental Skill Spirit Blade Inception or when she leaves the field.
Each stack of Unruffled increases all DMG dealt by Vesna with spirit blades and Stellar spirit blades by 10% of the original, up to 160% of the original.
Effortless Passive Talents 2
Radiance: Stellar Swirl: Based on the Elemental Type of characters in the party (including Vesna herself), Vesna will gain the following buffs:
· Every Cryo or Anemo character in the party increases Vesna's ATK by 6%; and
· For every character of other Elemental Types in the party, Vesna gets a 25-point Elemental Mastery boost instead.
Stellar Jubilee: Radiant Fae Passive Talents 3
When party members trigger Cryo Swirl, it will be changed to a Stellar Swirl reaction, and party members' Base DMG for the Stellar Swirl will be increased based on Vesna's ATK: Every 100 ATK she has increases the Base Stellar Swirl DMG by 0.7%. The maximum increase that can be gained this way is 14%.
After a nearby party member triggers a Stellar Swirl reaction, Vesna enters the Radiance: Stellar Swirl state for 8s.
Featherlight Passive Talents 4
When not in combat, Vesna can enter the Coursing state through the following ways:
· Enter Coursing state by holding Sprint and then performing a dash for a certain distance; or
· Enter Coursing state by holding Jump and then swiftly flying/rising for a certain distance.
Coursing
· Hovers in the air while consuming Stamina. During this time:
· Jump: Consumes Stamina for one swift flying movement; and
· Sprint: Consumes Stamina for a swift dash over a short distance.
· Vesna will exit the state when Elemental Skill or Normal Attack is tapped or when Stamina is exhausted. If Normal Attack is tapped while she is still in the air, she will perform a Plunging Attack.
· Including the swift flying movement Vesna performs while entering the Coursing state, Vesna can perform up to three such movements each time the state is triggered.
Additionally, when Vesna is off-field in Snezhnaya, switching in Vesna and unleashing Shining Entrance while the currently active party member is in the air will cause Vesna to immediately enter the Coursing state, as well as regenerate for her 50 Stamina.
Shining Entrance can be used once every 10s.

Constellation 1
Vesna gains 1 Spirit Blade Dance usage in the Spirit Blade state, and the first use of Spirit Blade Dance while in this state will not consume any Spirit Blade Force.
Additionally, Vesna deals 20% more Stellar Swirl reaction DMG while in the Spirit Blade state.
Constellation 2
Enhances the effects of the Ascension Talent Unruffled as follows: Vesna gains the max number of Unruffled stacks as soon as she enters the Spirit Blade state.
Additionally, when Vesna is at max Unruffled stacks, her ATK is increased by 60%.
Constellation 3
Increases the Level of the Elemental Skill Spirit Blade Inception by 3.
Maximum upgrade level is 15.
Constellation 4
Increases the effects of Vesna's Ascension Talent Effortless by 200%.
Constellation 5
Increases the Level of the Elemental Burst Spirit Blade Burst by 3.
Maximum upgrade level is 15.
Constellation 6
Tapping Elemental Skill or Normal Attack in the 5s after using Spirit Blade Dance allows Vesna to go on to unleash Spirit Blade Tread:
· Deals Anemo DMG at 150% ATK, while also unleashing the Stellar spirit blade which deals Anemo DMG at 200% ATK. The latter DMG is also considered Stellar Swirl reaction DMG.
· If Vesna is in the Spirit Blade state at the time of the attack, she will also summon the Spirit Feather.
Stellar spirit blades generated by Spirit Blade Tread are also enhanced by Ascension Talent 1.
Additionally, Vesna's Stellar Swirl reaction DMG is elevated by 20%。
