Robin Summeretto Light Cone Guide: Best Light Cones in HSR 4.5

SparksSparks

Robin • Summeretto is one of the most flexible support characters in Honkai: Star Rail 4.5, and the right Light Cone can further improve her Max HP, team SPD, Skill Point economy, and overall support uptime.

Her signature Light Cone, Rise and Sing, is naturally her best overall option. However, Robin is already highly functional at E0 without it, and several other Remembrance Light Cones can work well depending on your account.

For most players, Rise and Sing is Robin Summeretto's best Light Cone, but it is not required for her to perform her main support role.

Rise and Sing: Robin Summeretto Signature Light Cone

Rise and Sing is a 5-star Remembrance Light Cone designed specifically around Robin Summeretto's HP scaling and Fever rotation.

Rise and Sing

★★★★★

HP 1,164 | ATK 582 | DEF 396

Rise and Sing S1 Effect

The biggest advantage of Rise and Sing is that every part of its passive works with Robin's gameplay.

First, the 30% Max HP increase directly benefits an HP-scaling Robin. More HP improves her own scaling and can also strengthen the ATK buff she provides through her Trace when its conditions are met.

The opening Action Advance is also useful because Robin wants to establish her Summer Songbirds and begin generating Vibes as early as possible.

Most importantly, entering combat grants New Melody, which increases the SPD of all allies by 20% at S1.

More SPD means more team actions, and more actions mean more opportunities to generate Vibes for Robin. This helps her reach Fever faster and makes it easier to maintain a high Vibes count once Fever begins.

Why New Melody Is So Good on Robin

New Melody lasts for two of Robin's turns rather than two ally turns.

This is especially important because once Robin enters Fever, she stops taking normal turns. As a result, the SPD buff can remain active for a very long portion of the battle if Robin enters Fever quickly.

That makes Rise and Sing's SPD effect much more valuable in practice than a normal short-duration opening buff.

The additional Skill Point recovered after Robin uses her Ultimate is another nice bonus, especially for teams with Skill-hungry DPS characters.

Best Robin Summeretto Light Cone Alternatives

You do not need Rise and Sing to make Robin work. If you already own other 5-star Remembrance Light Cones, several of them can be used instead.

To Evernight's Stars

★★★★★

HP 1,164 | ATK 529 | DEF 463

To Evernight's Stars, Evernight's signature Light Cone, is one of Robin's stronger premium alternatives.

It provides a large Max HP increase while also improving Memosprite-related damage. Since Robin's Summer Songbirds are an important part of her kit, she can make use of several parts of the Light Cone naturally.

It lacks the team SPD and Skill Point utility of Rise and Sing, but it remains a strong stat-focused option.

This Love, Forever

This Love, Forever Light Cone

This Love, Forever

★★★★★

HP 1,270 | ATK 476 | DEF 463

Cyrene's signature This Love, Forever is another usable option if you already own it.

Its SPD is valuable for Robin because the Summer Songbirds' SPD scales from Robin's own SPD. Faster Songbirds mean more frequent actions, which can help with Robin's Energy and Vibes generation.

There is little reason to specifically pull this Light Cone only for Robin, but it is a good existing-account option.

★★★★★

HP 1,164 | ATK 476 | DEF 529

Hyacine's signature Light Cone can also work well on Robin.

The additional SPD fits Robin's preference for faster builds, especially in teams where you want high action frequency. Like the other limited alternatives, however, it is better treated as a Light Cone you can reuse rather than something you should specifically pull for Robin.

Memory's Curtain Never Falls

Memory's Curtain Never Falls Light Cone

Memory's Curtain Never Falls

★★★★★

HP 1,058 | ATK 529 | DEF 396

For players without another limited Remembrance Light Cone, Memory's Curtain Never Falls is one of the easiest alternatives to recommend.

It increases Robin's SPD and grants a teamwide DMG bonus after she uses her Skill.

There is one limitation: once Robin enters Fever, she stops taking normal turns and will no longer repeatedly use her Skill. This means the DMG buff cannot be refreshed indefinitely.

Even so, the SPD alone is useful enough to make it a solid budget choice.

The Story's Next Page

The Story's Next Page Light Cone

The Story's Next Page

★★★★★

HP 1,058 | ATK 370 | DEF 396

The Story's Next Page can be used when you mainly need additional Max HP.

It does not provide the same level of team utility as Rise and Sing, but Robin values HP enough that it remains a usable lower-investment option.

You can also use other high-Base-HP Light Cones as stat sticks if your Remembrance Light Cone collection is limited.

Robin Summeretto E1 or S1?

If you have enough Stellar Jade to invest beyond E0, E1 is generally the better priority before S1.

Robin Summeretto's E1 adds a new source of damage through the Summer Songbirds, allowing them to record damage dealt by allies and convert part of it into additional True DMG.

Because this adds another offensive layer to Robin's kit, its impact can be more significant than simply upgrading her Light Cone.

A practical investment order is:

E0S0 → E1S0 → E2S0 → consider S1

In other words, players choosing between E1S0 and E0S1 should generally prioritize E1, while high-investment players may also prefer E2S0 over E1S1.

Conclusion

Rise and Sing remains Robin's most complete Light Cone because its HP, Action Advance, SPD buff, and Skill Point recovery all directly support her gameplay. However, Robin's core strength comes from her own kit, so skipping S1 does not stop her from being an excellent team support.
