Kingshot Kingdom Transfer 2026 Guide:Best Date, Strategy & More

EvanEvan

Hello players! Kingdom Transfer in Kingshot is much more than simply changing servers. A well-planned transfer can place you in a more active kingdom with better leadership, stronger event participation, and a schedule that suits your time zone. A poorly researched move, however, may leave you in another kingdom with the same—or even worse—problems. As of July 14, 2026, the next official Kingdom Transfer window is scheduled for July 19–25, 2026, in UTC.

Latest July 2026 Transfer Information

Official rules indicate that Leading Kingdoms normally use lower entry power limits, while Ordinary Kingdoms have more flexible transfer capacity. The two figures in the preview can therefore generally be read as different Ordinary and Leading Kingdom caps, but players must verify the final number on the target Kingdom Details screen.

Compared with June 2026, the July brackets have changed significantly. Group 1 expanded from Kingdoms 1–25 to 1–235, while newly eligible kingdoms were added through Groups 7 and 8. This gives some players more destination options, but it also proves that transfer brackets are not permanent and must be rechecked every cycle.

What Is Kingdom Transfer?

Kingdom Transfer is a limited-time event that allows players to permanently move their character and town to another kingdom. Players cannot freely move to every server; destinations are restricted by transfer groups, kingdom progression, and compatibility requirements.

A completed transfer is permanent and will not automatically return the account to its former kingdom. Even with enough Transfer Passes, players must wait at least 25 days before transferring again. Researching the destination’s leadership, event schedule, alliance capacity, and activity level is therefore essential.

Kingdom Transfer Requirements

Your current and target kingdoms must have the same hero generation and Truegold level. Your character also cannot be excessively older than the destination kingdom. The official age-gap threshold varies with the destination’s development and ranges from a minimum of 90 days to a maximum of 180 days.

Players must also meet the following core requirements:

  • Stay at or below the target kingdom’s Transfer Power Cap, or obtain a valid Special Invite.
  • Own the required number of Transfer Passes.
  • Wait at least 25 days after the previous transfer.
  • Keep the total number of characters in the destination kingdom at four or fewer.
  • Complete every alliance, troop, battle, and Town Center check shown in the transfer confirmation screen.

players normally need to leave their alliance, recall deployed squads, finish active battles, and meet the Town Center requirement for their transfer group. Since these operational requirements can change, the red and green checks in the live transfer interface should always be treated as final. What’s more, the soldiers may remain in the Infirmary or Enlistment Office during a transfer. Holding a normal kingdom position or having Offender status also does not automatically prevent the move.

During the transfer event, destination kingdoms are classified as either Leading Kingdoms or Ordinary Kingdoms.

  • Leading Kingdoms are among the strongest and most developed kingdoms in their transfer group. Their power limits are normally lower. They can accept up to 30 standard incoming players: 20 during the Invitational Transfer phase and 10 during Open Transfer.
  • Leading Kingdoms cannot use Special Invites, meaning over-cap players cannot bypass their entry limit.
  • Ordinary Kingdoms have up to 55 standard transfer places: 35 invitation slots and 20 Open Transfer slots. They may also use up to three Special Invites for players who exceed the normal Power Cap. One spent Special Invite is restored on the first day of each month at UTC 00:00, although the maximum stored amount remains three.
  • Ordinary Kingdoms are generally more accessible for average players because they have more places and less restrictive power limits. Leading Kingdoms may offer stronger KvK rosters, but competition for alliance positions, rankings, and resources can also be much higher.

Three Phases During the Kingdom Transfer

Phase

Expected Dates (UTC)

Available Actions

Phase I: Pre-Transfer

July 19–21

Check groups, destinations, Power Caps and slots; contact target leadership

Phase II: Invitational Transfer

July 22–23

Transfer early with an Ordinary or Special Invite

Phase III: Transfer Opens

July 24–25

Players under the Power Cap compete for remaining open slots

Phase I: Pre-Transfer

This phase lasts three days. The King sets the kingdom’s Transfer Power Cap while players review available destinations, transfer limits, and entry requirements. If the kingdom currently has no King, the most recent King assumes responsibility for setting the cap, processing applications, and issuing invitations.

The main objective is research rather than immediate movement. Players should contact the destination’s King or leadership team and confirm alliance placement, event times, language, NAP rules, and whether an Ordinary or Special Invite will be available.

Phase II: Invitational Transfer

This phase lasts two days. Once it begins, the target kingdom can no longer change its Transfer Power Cap. Players who meet the limit may enter early with an Ordinary Invite, while players above the limit must request a Special Invite.

Ordinary Invites do not generate mail notifications, so players with a confirmed arrangement should manually check the event interface. Special Invites do send mail notifications. Regardless of invitation type, the transferring player must pay the required Transfer Passes.

Phase III: Open Transfer

The final two days are the Open Transfer phase. Players who meet the destination’s Power Cap may use remaining slots without an Ordinary Invite. Players above the limit still require an approved Special Invite from an eligible Ordinary Kingdom.

Open Transfer works on a first-come, first-served basis. Ordinary Kingdoms have only 20 open places, while Leading Kingdoms have 10. Waiting until Phase III is therefore risky for popular destinations. Official support recommends contacting the target King and securing an early invitation whenever possible.

How Many Transfer Passes Are Required?

Each transfer costs between 1 and 50 Transfer Passes. The higher-Power accounts generally require more passes. The exact amount must be checked by selecting the destination kingdom in the event interface.

Transfer Passes are available through the Alliance Shop and transfer-related packs. The monthly packs can contain up to 85 purchasable passes, although prices and currencies may differ by region and platform. Dismissing all troops or unequipping Hero Gear does not reduce Transfer Score. Transfer Score and the Current Power used for entry checks are not necessarily identical. The July 8, 2026 update adjusted how soldier level contributes to Transfer Score and added the player’s Current Power to the target Kingdom Details screen. Players trying to meet a Power Cap should use this screen rather than relying only on the total Power shown on their profile.

How to Choose the Right Destination Kingdom

The strongest kingdom in the rankings is not automatically the best kingdom for your account. Before making a final decision, observe the destination for at least several days and investigate its real activity, leadership, and alliance structure.

Start with genuine activity rather than total Power. Look at participation in Bear Hunt, alliance events, cross-kingdom battles, and daily rallies. A kingdom may display impressive Power while still containing many inactive accounts.

Next, examine its leadership system. Ask about NAP rules, Castle rotation, gathering policies, KvK command, and how leadership handles violations. Stable rules are generally more valuable than a temporary ranking advantage.

Alliance placement should also be confirmed in advance. Do not rely on a general promise that you will be welcomed. Identify the specific alliance, R4 or R5 contact, Bear Hunt schedule, major event times, and whether you will have access to important activities.

Groups planning a coordinated alliance transfer should submit a complete roster and Power list early. Ordinary Kingdoms have only 35 invitation places and 20 Open Transfer places, while Special Invites are limited to three. Last-minute additions can easily split a transfer group.

Recommended Transfer Preparation

  • Before the event, accumulate Transfer Passes and avoid waiting until the final two days to calculate your cost. When contacting the target leadership, provide your character name, current kingdom, Current Power, main hero setup, active time, and the number of players moving with you.
  • Avoid unnecessary Power growth when close to the destination cap. Additional troop training, research, or upgrades may push the account above the limit. Since both the entry requirement and pass cost must be verified in the event interface, keeping a safety margin is recommended.
  • During Phase I, open the Kingdom List and confirm your actual transfer group, destination type, Power Cap, and remaining capacity. Official support states that transfer-limit information can be viewed by selecting the relevant kingdom from this list.
  • Confirm the required Transfer Passes and complete negotiations with the destination King. Players above the Power Cap should determine as early as possible whether the kingdom is willing to spend a Special Invite.
  • Players with an Ordinary or Special Invite should normally complete the move during Phase II instead of waiting for Open Transfer. Since Ordinary Invites do not generate mail notifications, the event interface must be checked manually.
  • Claim available personal progression rewards and review ongoing leaderboard events before transferring. Official support states that unfinished leaderboard rankings will not be settled during a transfer; rewards are handled according to event progress instead.
  • Before final confirmation, spend or convert unprotected resources above the Storehouse Protection Limit. Excess resources will be lost during the move.
  • Finally, recall marches, finish battles, leave the alliance, and check every transfer condition again. Avoid leaving the alliance too early when your invitation and destination slot have not yet been confirmed.

What Happens After the Transfer?

Kingdom Transfer is permanent and does not automatically return the account to its former kingdom. Another transfer remains locked behind the 25-day cooldown.

Friends and private-chat history are preserved, but all existing group chats are removed. Important leadership, event, and alliance contacts should therefore be saved separately before moving.

Resources above the Storehouse Protection Limit are lost, and ongoing leaderboard events do not award final ranking rewards based on the temporary position held at the moment of transfer.

After arriving, contact the agreed alliance leadership, join the alliance, and relocate to its territory. Avoid using valuable teleports before confirming the destination kingdom’s territory and resource rules.

Common Transfer Mistakes

The most common mistake is choosing a kingdom entirely by leaderboard position. A high ranking does not guarantee stable leadership or a place in a top alliance.

Another mistake is waiting until Open Transfer to contact the destination. Open slots are first come, first served, and popular kingdoms may fill quickly. Official support also recommends contacting the target King and securing an invitation during Phase II.

Players should also avoid relying on outdated “unequip gear to reduce pass cost” advice. Official support clearly states that dismissing troops and removing gear do not change Transfer Score.

Ignoring unprotected resources and unfinished leaderboard events can also cause permanent losses.

Finally, do not complete a move based only on a general invitation. Confirm the alliance name, activity schedule, leadership contact, and participation expectations before transferring.

Kingshot Kingdom Transfer FAQ

1. Does the King pay my Transfer Pass cost after inviting me?

No. The transferring player must pay the required Transfer Passes, regardless of invitation type.

2. Can I transfer when I am above the Power Cap?

Yes, but an eligible Ordinary Kingdom must approve a Special Invite. Leading Kingdoms cannot issue Special Invites.

3. Can I transfer when I already have characters in the destination?

Yes, provided the account will not exceed four characters in that kingdom.

4. Can I transfer with soldiers in the Infirmary or Enlistment Office?

Yes. Official support confirms that these soldiers do not prevent the transfer.

5. Can I immediately transfer back?

No. The move is permanent, and another transfer requires a minimum 25-day cooldown.

Conclusion

The goal of Kingdom Transfer is not simply to join the highest-ranked kingdom. It is to find a destination that matches your active hours, alliance role, account strength, and long-term objectives. Before moving, confirm hero-generation compatibility, Truegold progression, character-age limits, the destination Power Cap, required Transfer Passes, and remaining capacity.

The safest approach is to research and negotiate during Pre-Transfer, then secure a place during Invitational Transfer. Waiting until Open Transfer creates unnecessary competition for limited slots and leaves too little time to determine whether the destination is genuinely suitable.
