Welcome to the brutal world of Last War: Survival, where zombies are everywhere… but your biggest enemy might actually be your own decisions.
That hidden boss is called bad resource management. Hero shards are expensive, upgrade materials disappear quickly, and every mistake can slow down your progress.
“Should I invest in this hero?”
“Which heroes deserve my precious diamonds and shards?”
So we analyzed heroes based on their performance in PvE content, World Boss battles, Alliance Wars, PvP combat, and overall late-game potential to bring you our latest Last War hero tier list.
How this tier list works ?
When creating this Last War: Survival Hero Tier List, we didn’t rank heroes based only on their rarity or raw power. Instead, we evaluated each hero based on their real performance across different game modes and their overall value for long-term investment.
The main factors we considered include:
- PvE Performance
- World Boss Performance
- Alliance War Performance
- PvP Performance
- Team Compatibility
- Long-Term Value
- Resource Efficiency
Based on these factors, heroes are divided into five tiers: S+, S, A, B, and C.

Conclusion
At the end of the day, the strongest hero isn’t always the hero with the highest ranking.
The strongest hero is the one you actually build. A five-star, fully upgraded S-tier hero can easily outperform a low-level S+ hero sitting on your bench.
So don’t chase every shiny new hero. Pick your formation, focus your resources, and build your army step by step. Because in Last War: Survival, smart commanders don’t just collect heroes…
They build winners.
