New Characters
Qingxiao

Rarity: 5-Star | Element: Aero | Weapon: Sword
Qingxiao follows a classic xianxia-inspired "sword immortal" aesthetic. She boasts long, flowing blue hair adorned with intricate cloud-and-swirl ornaments, delicate features, and a calm, poised expression. Her robes are a stunning blend of blue, gold, and white, with tassels dangling from the hem—a look that fits right into the prosperous Mengzhou and inner Huanglong visual style. She's basically the spitting image of that ethereal sword-wielding immortal you'd imagine descending from a floating peak in ancient Chinese fantasy tales.
As for her combat performance—Qingxiao is fully functional at S0 (no duplicates needed). Her kit includes interruption resistance, solid survivability, strong anti-air capabilities, and reliable crowd-control mechanics. She also features a dual-form playstyle, allowing her to handle sustained ground DPS and burst aerial damage equally well. For players who already have Dania and Mornye in their roster, Qingxiao is practically a must-pull—she fits right into that team comp like a missing puzzle piece.
Jingran

Rarity: 5-Star | Element: Fusion | Weapon: Broadblade
Jingran is a character that's seriously being underestimated. As a health-draining HP-scaling DPS, his damage output is actually pretty solid. However, his kit mechanics in this version aren't quite perfect, and on top of that, he's a male character—which has led many players to say their pulling interest has dropped, putting him in the same boat as Qiu Yuan.
Jingran has two attack modes. His HP mode makes him quite tanky—despite the health drain, he gets boosted shield and healing buffs, and he has strong synergy with teammates who provide shield frequency, making him a great fit with Iuno. Plus, since he scales off HP converted to ATK, he also benefits from attack buffs. Shorekeeper works with him too, so you'll actually see Shorekeeper showing up in some of his team comps.
Rerun Characters
Denia

Rarity: 5-star | Element: Fusion | Weapon: Rectifier
Based on the current info, Denia can team up with Qingxiao to run a Tune Strain Response comp. By leveraging Denia's unique mechanic that applies half of the Off-Tune Buildup Efficiency to enemies on the very first hit, she can significantly speed up Off-Tune Buildup Efficiency stack accumulation—which means Qingxiao can ramp up her own damage output much faster.
So if you're a Rover planning to pull for Qingxiao in 3.6 but don't have Denia yet, now's the time to start saving up those Lunites!
Hiyuki

Rarity: 5-star | Attribute: Glacio | Weapon Type: Sword
Mornye

Rarity: 5-star|Element: Fusion|Weapon: Broadblade
Qingxiao also really benefits from having S1 Mornye. S1 Mornye provides full uptime on her damage buffs, so you can pop your execution whenever you want—no more holding back—which means faster stack building and a nice damage boost overall. For Tune Strain Response teams, Mornye's S1 is actually a bigger upgrade than the Resonance Chain options for the Tune Rupture Response setup.
Conclusion
And that's the latest scoop on the Wuthering Waves 3.6 banners! Keep in mind that 3.6 is still in beta testing, so some details might change along the way.
