Aemeath returns with two strong team options. Aemeath, Lynae, and Mornye remain the easier and more consistent Tune Rupture team, while Aemeath, Denia, and Chisa form the Fusion Burst setup with better AoE control and a higher execution ceiling.
This guide covers Aemeath’s best weapons, Echoes, stats, skill priority, teams, and practical rotation tips.
Aemeath Overview

Rarity: ★★★★★ | Element: Fusion | Weapon: Sword
Aemeath is a 5-star Fusion Sword DPS who can switch between Tune Rupture and Fusion Burst through her Resonance Mode. Her main damage comes from her Forte Circuit and Resonance Liberation, with each rotation moving between her humanoid and Mech forms before ending in a powerful Liberation attack.
Her two modes support different team styles. Tune Rupture pairs her with Lynae and Mornye for stable single-target damage and a forgiving rotation. Fusion Burst works with Denia and Chisa, trading some comfort for stronger grouping, AoE pressure, and more quickswap opportunities.
Aemeath is flexible, but she is not a low-investment carry. Her strongest teams rely on limited characters, and Everbright Polestar performs noticeably better than her alternative weapons. Once properly built, however, she can handle both boss fights and multi-wave content without being locked into one playstyle.
Best Aemeath Weapons
Everbright Polestar

ATK: 587 | Crit Rate: 24.3%
Everbright Polestar is Aemeath’s best weapon by a wide margin.
Its passive activates when she inflicts Tune Rupture – Shifting or Fusion Burst, allowing her Resonance Liberation damage to ignore part of the target’s DEF and Fusion RES. Since both of her main teams naturally trigger one of these mechanics, the effect fits her entire rotation without requiring extra setup.
It also provides strong offensive stats, making it useful in both Tune Rupture and Fusion Burst teams.
Emerald of Genesis

ATK: 587 | Crit Rate: 24.3%
Emerald of Genesis is the most practical five-star alternative.
It offers high base stats, CRIT Rate, Energy Regen, and an ATK increase after using Resonance Skill. It falls behind Everbright Polestar because its passive is less specialized, but it still covers several stats Aemeath wants and makes her Energy requirements easier to meet.
Other Five-Star Swords
These weapons can work mainly as stat sticks:

Red Spring |
Emerald Sentence |
Blazing Brilliance |
Their full passives do not match Aemeath’s damage profile particularly well, but the higher base ATK and CRIT stats still place them ahead of most four-star options.
Best Four-Star Weapons

Feather Edge is her strongest four-star choice, especially at higher refinements. It improves ATK and Resonance Liberation DMG, both of which directly support her main damage window.

Somnoire Anchor is another usable option. Its stacking ATK and CRIT Rate bonuses take time to build, so it performs better when Aemeath remains active long enough to maintain the stacks.

Commando of Conviction is the most accessible fallback. The Intro Skill ATK buff is easy to activate, though it should eventually be replaced by a stronger CRIT weapon.
Best Aemeath Echo Set
5-Piece Trailblazing Star

Trailblazing Star is Aemeath’s best Echo set for both Resonance Modes.
Its bonuses match her Tune Rupture and Fusion Burst mechanics while supplying a large amount of CRIT Rate and Fusion DMG. Because the set works in both teams, there is no need to farm separate builds when switching between Lynae and Denia.
Best Main Echo: Sigillum

Use Sigillum in the main slot.
Sigillum is designed specifically for Aemeath and grants additional Resonance Liberation DMG when she equips it as her Main Echo. It is also a summon Echo, so it can be used without locking her into a long transformation animation.
Alternative Echo Sets

5-piece Flaming Clawprint is the best temporary alternative if your Trailblazing Star pieces are still weak. It improves Fusion-related team damage and works particularly well in Fusion-heavy lineups.

5-piece Molten Rift is acceptable for early progression. Its Fusion DMG bonus is easy for Aemeath to activate, but it cannot match the overall value of Trailblazing Star.
Best Echo Stats
Use a 4-3-3-1-1 Echo setup for Aemeath.

CRIT Rate or CRIT DMG |
Choose the one that gives you a more balanced CRIT ratio after weapon and set bonuses. |

Fusion DMG + ATK% is a safe general setup. Double Fusion DMG also works if your ATK is already high. |

Flat ATK |
Aim for roughly 115%–125% Energy Regen so Aemeath can use her Resonance Liberation consistently. The exact requirement depends on her teammates, rotation, and how much Energy she receives during combat.
A practical endgame stat target is:
|
Stat |
Recommended Target |
|
ATK |
Around 2,000–2,400 |
|
CRIT Rate |
At least 65% before Trailblazing Star’s combat bonus |
|
CRIT DMG |
Around 210%–260% |
|
Energy Regen |
Around 115%–125% |
These figures are guidelines rather than strict requirements. Prioritize a balanced CRIT ratio and test whether Aemeath can use both Liberations on time before adding more Energy Regen.
Aemeath Skill Priority
Upgrade her abilities in this order:
Resonance Liberation > Forte Circuit > Resonance Skill > Normal Attack > Intro Skill
Resonance Liberation and Forte Circuit deserve most of your materials because they contain the core of her damage. Basic Attack and Intro Skill can remain at lower levels when resources are limited.
Aemeath Resonance Chain
|
Sequence |
Main Effect |
Value |
|
S1 |
Improves her charged Heavy Attacks during Instant Response, adds a pulling effect, and carries Rupturous Trail or Fusion Trail stacks from a defeated enemy to the next target. |
Useful for multi-wave stages and smoother openings, but less valuable in pure single-target fights. |
|
S2 |
Greatly increases Seraphic Duet damage. Tune Rupture gains stronger repeated hits against one target, while Fusion Burst gains stronger detonations and can trigger extra explosions when enemies are defeated. |
A strong stopping point, especially for the Denia–Chisa Fusion Burst team and AoE content. |
|
S3 |
Heavily increases both Resonance Liberation finishers, improves her mode-based CRIT DMG buff, and further amplifies Heavenfall Edict: Finale. |
Her best practical personal damage upgrade and the strongest stopping point for heavier investment. |
|
S4 |
Grants the entire team 20% All-Attribute DMG Bonus after Aemeath uses her Intro Skill or key Resonance Skills. |
A solid team-wide buff, though usually not worth targeting unless you are already going beyond S3. |
|
S5 |
Restores Starflux after defeating an enemy and allows Aemeath to survive fatal damage, revive at full HP, and briefly shield the team. |
Mostly a comfort and survival upgrade rather than a major damage increase. |
|
S6 |
Increases Aemeath’s Resonance Liberation damage, allows her Tune Rupture or Fusion Burst damage to critically hit under fixed CRIT values, doubles Trail application, and raises the maximum Trail stack limit. |
A major final upgrade that greatly strengthens both playstyles, but only intended for maximum investment. |
Best Resonance Chain Stopping Points
- S0: Fully functional and enough for most players.
- S1: Better comfort and wave-to-wave consistency.
- S2: Recommended for players focused on Fusion Burst and AoE content.
- S3: Best high-investment stopping point for overall personal damage.
- S6: Maximum damage ceiling for both Resonance Modes.
For most players, S0 with Everbright Polestar is a better investment than chasing an early Sequence while using a weaker weapon. After securing her signature Sword, S2 and S3 are the most meaningful Resonance Chain targets.
Best Aemeath Teams
Tune Rupture Team
|
|
|
|
|
Aemeath |
Lynae |
Mornye |
This remains Aemeath’s most comfortable team.
Lynae supports Tune Shifting interactions while contributing her own damage, and Mornye strengthens the team’s Tune Break and Resonance Liberation output. The rotation is relatively direct and does not depend heavily on repeated quickswaps.
It performs especially well against bosses and other single targets because its buffs are easy to line up with Aemeath’s full damage sequence. It is also the better choice for players who want consistent clears without learning every possible animation cancel.
Before entering combat, open the Resonance Mode menu and set both Aemeath and Lynae to Tune Rupture Mode. Leaving Lynae in the wrong mode can apply Tune Strain instead and interfere with the team’s intended reactions.
Why Play the Tune Rupture Team?
- Easier rotation
- Strong single-target damage
- Reliable buff uptime
- Good sustain
- Less dependent on quickswap execution
This is the safer default team for most Aemeath owners.
Fusion Burst Team
|
|
|
|
|
Aemeath |
Denia |
Chisa |
Denia turns Aemeath’s Fusion Burst mode into a complete competitive team.
Her off-field attacks help maintain Fusion Burst application while her grouping keeps enemies within range of the team’s AoE damage. She also contributes meaningful personal damage and supports quickswap rotations, reducing the amount of dead time between Aemeath’s major attacks.
Chisa completes the setup by increasing the maximum Fusion Burst stack limit, reducing enemy DEF, supplying healing, and adding more crowd control. That combination makes the team particularly strong in wave-based stages such as Whimpering Wastes.
Set Aemeath and Denia to Fusion Burst Mode before using this team.
Why Play the Fusion Burst Team?
- Better grouping and AoE coverage
- Strong performance against multiple waves
- Frequent off-field Fusion Burst application
- More quickswap opportunities
- Higher execution ceiling
The Fusion Burst team has more room for optimization, but it is not automatically stronger in every fight. Lynae and Mornye may still perform better in straightforward single-target encounters, while Denia and Chisa pull ahead when grouping, AoE pressure, and quickswap execution matter.
Alternative Aemeath Teams
|
|
|
|
|
Aemeath |
Lynae |
Shorekeeper |
A strong Tune Rupture alternative when Mornye is unavailable. Shorekeeper provides reliable healing and general offensive buffs, although she does not support Aemeath’s specific mechanics as directly as Mornye.
Budget Team Options
Aemeath loses more than most DPS characters when separated from her specialized teammates. Verina and Baizhi can cover sustain, while Sanhua can provide a quick rotation and ATK support at higher Sequences, but these teams are noticeably weaker than her premium setups.
For a developing account, it is better to build one complete Aemeath team than spread resources across several incomplete versions.
Final Thoughts
Aemeath’s strength comes from flexibility, but she performs best when you commit to one complete setup instead of splitting resources between several teams. Choose the playstyle that fits your roster, learn the rotation, and improve the build step by step.
Mone also offers a convenient and secure Wuthering Waves top-up option for players preparing for her rerun.
